I had friends visiting from out of town. We decided to go to the mall and get ice cream. Since cold stone happened to be one of my favorites I took them there. Approaching the store at 8:45 I noticed the gate down. I know they close at 9pm so I asked the girl Maribel what time they closed. She asked me what time it was, I said 8:45 and so she said 8:45! Being that I knew she was getting smart I asked for the manager, she said oh it's him.., pointing to Jose who refused to even come over and talk or explain why they closed early. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERENCE EVER
