  Placed an online order for veggie tacos for one meal and chicken for another. What I received was two large aluminum piles of mess. The order was completely messed up. Most of the ingredients requested were not included. When I called to complain I received a very unapologetic apology and then was told that they knew about the order because it was made by a new employee. They said they would redo the order but they wanted me to bring the food back. My husband went and asked to speak to a manager who was just as unapologetic as the person I spoke to. She proceeded to blame a new employee which is such poor leadership. This location needs a revamp in employees starting with their manager. I've been eating at chipotle for years and have used them at many corporate catering events but obviously not this location. Retrain your staff!
